Perfect Moment was a vision of famed extreme sports filmmaker and professional skier Thierry Donard, who designed apparel for his team of expert freeride skiers and surfers for his film production company La Nuit de la Glisse. So what could better get us into the right mood for this winter season than some magical and perfect moments on Film. While the latest 2021 edition of Donard's Suit de la Glosse is not yet freely available, we can enjoy fantastic scenes from an earlier edition.
For over 20 years, Perfect Moment has been creating ski-wear for the most extreme skiers with a focus on performance garments and statement designs. Today, they have grown their collection of retro-inspired and technical clothing products to provide their fashion conscious community with a full range of winter ski and summer beach and surf wear. They design for fashion, form and function. Donard used his personal experience to create designs that were characterized by quality, style and performance, and focused on the ultimate goal of every athlete: to experience that Perfect Moment.
From then until today Perfect Moments mission has been to provide the ultimate active wear clothing for snow and beach lovers alike. The logo, placed proudly on all their garments, is inspired by the Northern Star that represents nature’s compass – a key tool for any adventurer – and a guiding celestial light for early explorers to get safely home. It is also a stamp of quality that symbolises technically exceptional, practical and stylish clothing that is capable of meeting the robust demands of a freerider.
